Public speaking terrified me as a kid. Class presentations, interviews, speeches - I hated all of them. (I still have the grades from English class presentations to prove it!)
Sports has helped me overcome so much. As a bonus, sports brought me onto big stages - one being as big as the one at TEDSports Indianapolis.
