LETTER OF DEMAND to JED SENTHIL of ONE MANAGEMENT SG (DEFAMATION)

Updated: Oct 17, 2019

Jed Senthil of ONE MANAGEMENT SG, manager of Ashley Liew

A Letter of Demand has been issued to ONE Management SG and Mr Jed Senthil (thereafter known as “Jed”), Co-Founder and “Athlete Manager” of ONEathlete.

ONEathlete published a number of statements on their website that are, in my view and having received solicitors advice from Foxwood Llc, false, baseless and defamatory. Additionally, these statements were shared on their Facebook page, that in my view, intentionally amplify the false statements:

1) https://www.facebook.com/ONEmanagementSG/posts/666062347192121

2) https://www.facebook.com/ONEmanagementSG/posts/670216946776661

3) https://www.facebook.com/ONEmanagementSG/posts/715637328901289

Our solicitors have contacted solicitors acting for Mr Ashley Liew to inform that we will be looking to commence legal proceedings against ONE Management SG and Jed. They have conferred that they presently have no instructions to accept service on behalf of ONE Management and Jed. Following my solicitors correspondence with solicitors for Mr Ashley Liew, the relevant media statements have been taken down by Jed and One Management from their website (www.runone.co).

Jed has 3 days to comply with our demands, failing which I will have no choice but to pursue legal action against him in High Court.

Letter of Demand as follows:
